Delivery & Signature

  • All orders require a signature upon delivery for proof of receipt.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the package.

  • Once a package has been signed for at the address you provided, Àngeleno is not liable if you claim non-receipt or missing items. In such cases, you must resolve any dispute directly with the delivery carrier.

Order Issues & Liability

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Any additional shipping charges related to incorrect address details or unclaimed packages will be the customer’s responsibility.

Undelivered/Lost Packages

  • In the event that the carrier marks the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, this must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

  • Àngeleno will provide assistance where possible, but we cannot guarantee any refunds or replacements once a carrier confirms the delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • Our policies regarding shipment confirmation, signature upon delivery, and return eligibility are in place to prevent fraudulent chargebacks.

  • If you initiate a chargeback without valid reason and contrary to our stated policies, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with the relevant payment provider, using the information and proof of delivery we have on file.
