Return Window

  • We offer FREE returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Any return request made after this period may be rejected.

Condition of Returnable Items

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Products must still have the original security tag attached. Once the security tag is removed, Àngeleno reserves the right to refuse the return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email or use our online contact form to initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back - we cover the cost for returning your item(s).

  3. Ship the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged and includes the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection & Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period - usually no more than 7 days but 14 days at most.

  • If the item does not meet our return standards (e.g., security tag removed, item not in original condition), the return may be rejected and shipped back to you at your expense.

Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • Our policies regarding shipment confirmation, signature upon delivery, and return eligibility are in place to prevent fraudulent chargebacks.

  • If you initiate a chargeback without valid reason and contrary to our stated policies, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with the relevant payment provider, using the information and proof of delivery we have on file.

  • We encourage all customers to contact our Customer Support team before disputing a charge to allow us to resolve any issues swiftly and fairly.
